The new structure will stand at 36,000 square feet, three times the size of our current space.
We are starting off on the right foot-literally! During construction, a large horseshoe was found in the exact spot that will be home to our new brewhouse. Talk about good luck…!
Geothermal energy will be used to cool the building.
We are working very hard to carefully restore the original brick structure, which was built in 1880.
A storm water management system will be installed to help more efficiently absorb runoff.
Rumor has it gold bars were buried underneath the building long ago. We haven’t found any yet…
